Often, demand letters and notification of claimed liability surface after the scene has been cleaned and the evidence processed and removed. One or more of our EFI Global select group of fire and scientific experts can assess the raw data, review the documentation and conclusions in the claimant's technical reports and conduct independent verification and testing. The result is an objective view of the facts and independent conclusion.

Regardless of whether our conclusions agree or disagree with the claimant, we can provide additional insight on the technical issues of a claim and a true assessment of the level of certainty. Additional review and investigation can also identify evidence or facts that were unknown and/or not considered in original conclusions, even in the most complex incidents.
